Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• 0.75 ozFresh lemon juice
• 0.75 ozSimple syrup 1:1
• 1 wholeEgg white (optional)

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again hard for 12 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange half-wheel and cherry.
