Instructions

Combine blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 12 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube. Float peated Scotch over the back of a bar spoon — do not mix it in. Garnish with candied ginger.
