Martini

Ingredients

• 2.5 ozLondon Dry Gin
• 0.5 ozDry Vermouth
• 1 dashOrange bitters (optional)

Instructions

Combine gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir for 30 seconds — longer than you think necessary. Strain into a deeply chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or a good olive.
