Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• 0.75 ozHoney syrup 2:1
• 0.75 ozFresh lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 12 seconds. Double strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
