Espresso Martini

Ingredients

• 1.5 ozVodka
• 1 ozFresh espresso
• 0.5 ozCoffee liqueur
• 0.25 ozSimple syrup 1:1 (optional)

Instructions

Brew a fresh espresso shot and let it cool slightly. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake very hard for 15 seconds — the foam is the point. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
