• 0.75 ozFresh lime juice
• 0.75 ozSimple syrup 1:1

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 12 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe. The balance here is everything — adjust lime or sugar to your batch of limes.
